Nutritape Hard Day®

We wanted to inaugurate our oral range with a product that prepares you for the first hours of training or racing. Those quicker starts than is advisable, but essential to take good positions and avoid blocks on the first climb. That is where the effort of months is wasted.

But we've not only included amino acids and stimulants to start strong, but also beet extract, citrulline malate and our cocktail of vitamins B1, B6 and C to be able to prolong the effort for hours and optimize carbohydrate consumption.

Bottle of 200 grams, with a recommended daily dose of 5 grams. Each contains:

• 2 grams of beta-alanine to regulate intracellular pH and to enhance high-intensity performance. In some people it can cause tingling and itching of the skin. We recommend starting consumption with half the serving and gradually increasing it up to the recommended daily dose (1 serving).

• 600mg of citrulline malate to boost nitric oxide and stop the appearance of lactic acid in high intensity efforts.

• 500mg of beet extract (Rednite®) to reduce heart rate, improve blood circulation and supply of nutrients to muscles, and promote muscle contraction.

• 200mg of caffeine to reduce fatigue and perceived exertion, and improve both anaerobic and aerobic performance.

• Vitamins B1 and B6 to increase the production of energy (ATP) through carbohydrates, muscle contractions and the function of the nervous system.

• Vitamin C to protect our body from free radicals and oxidative stress that occurs during exercise.

Instructions for use: take half a scoop (5g), diluted in 350ml of water, between 20 and 30 minutes before starting sports practice.
