You can take advantage of the return policy up to 30 calendar days from the date of receipt. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.

To be eligible for a return, items returned must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in their original packaging.

To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your returned merchandise is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. From its execution, the reimbursement time may vary depending on your financial institution.

Late or missing refunds

If you still haven't received a refund, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Then contact your bank. Processing time is often required before you can see a refund.

Changes

Shipping costs to return your item are borne by the customer. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over €75, it is recommended that you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance.
